Debra recognized that many health challenges could be reduced or prevented through early intervention, patient education, lifestyle improvements, and proactive healthcare management.

Today, Preventive Healthcare Direct provides a comprehensive approach to healthcare that goes beyond simply treating symptoms. Our goal is to help patients improve their quality of life through preventive care, wellness services, pain management solutions, weight loss support, massage therapy, home healthcare services, and advanced treatment options designed to support healthier living.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Debra Bray-Jenkins is the Founder and Chief Executive

Officer of Preventive Healthcare Direct. With more than three decades of healthcare experience, she has dedicated her career to helping patients improve their quality of life through prevention, education, wellness, and compassionate care.

Debra began her nursing career in 1994 and has served patients across a wide range of healthcare specialties. Her experience includes University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic, where she worked in emergency medicine, neurology, intensive care, rehabilitation, telemetry, pediatrics, behavioral health, and intravenous therapy.

In addition to her nursing background, Debra is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Managing Cosmetologist, wellness advocate, healthcare educator, and entrepreneur. Her diverse healthcare experience allows her to provide a unique approach that combines traditional medicine with wellness-focused care.

Her passion for helping others led to the creation of Preventive Healthcare Direct, where she continues to lead with a mission focused on prevention, wellness, and empowering patients to achieve better long-term health outcomes.

Malinda Jenkins-Williams

Chief Operating Officer

Malinda Jenkins-Williams serves as Chief Operating Officer of Preventive Healthcare Direct, where she oversees daily operations, patient experience, organizational growth, and strategic development initiatives.

With more than twenty years of leadership and management experience, Malinda brings a strong commitment to operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and community-centered care.

Following the passing of co-founder Marc Jenkins Sr., Malinda stepped into her leadership role with a commitment to continuing the vision, values, and purpose that helped establish the organization. Her leadership ensures that Preventive Healthcare Direct remains focused on providing exceptional service while expanding access to quality preventive healthcare throughout the community.

Known for her ability to lead with both strength and compassion, Malinda plays an essential role in supporting the company's mission of improving lives through proactive healthcare and wellness services.

Marshay Grayer

Paramedic & Medical Assistant

Marshay Grayer serves as a Paramedic and Medical Assistant at Preventive Healthcare Direct and has been dedicated to healthcare since 2014.

Passionate about preventive medicine and patient education, Marshay believes that empowering individuals with knowledge and resources is one of the most effective ways to improve long-term health outcomes.
